Grasping the line

When some event pops up (let’s say an unkind bully surfaces) that makes you feel angry or resentful, do you ever wonder whether Universe does that as:

  1. A mirror to show you which aspects of yourself that you resent or feel angry about, or
  2. An obstacle to test you or train you up on certain qualities (e.g. tenacity, wit, compassion), or
  3. A signboard to deter you from a certain path and redirect you to something else, or
  4. A multiplier to surface counter-acting forces to combat or dissolve that which stirs up the anger or resentment, or
  5. Anything else?

This is a really short post cos I have been boggled and unable to grasp what the Universe is telling me.

My feeling now is that it is All of the Above. The mirror is showing me what I dislike, and hence what values are deemed important to me, thereby a hidden signage to determine the direction in due divine timing, and at the same time an obstacle to train me up for the next time I face this question, while also to build me up in correctly establishing my boundaries of what is acceptable and what is not, thus picking up the correct strength / tension of push / pull forces.

Tada ~ blog-writing always solves problems. ❤

The complexity of human emotions are quite fascinating. I only realised when I wrote all those out!

Yes. Or, in other words, a misunderstanding of yourself. You may resent or be angry about an aspect of yourself, but that aspect is not truly you. You are whole and perfect, giving yourself the experience you need to wake up. You’re perfect! 🙂

Yups. Sometimes a misunderstanding and sometimes a lack of understanding. I was so “abstractedly angry” yesterday, but when I put those emotions down to words (or even just identifying let’s say unkindness and bullying), everything became clear! Never thought emotions can be rationalised or rational, but seems like examining them under Light really gives a profile to more concretely deal with them.
A perfect whole of light and shadow and anything in between.

  4. I like this post very much. To see, to learn, to redirect, to resolve, and I would add to sometimes let go… I feel an underlying statement that irreconcilable conflict arises only in the absence of movement, and that the one thing a person can always will to move is herself. Universe is above all else, dynamic. ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

YES! I always forget. Sometimes Universe throws us something just so we can Let Go. It takes something somewhat “tangible” for us to let go of what no longer serves us, or what we have moved beyond. Without its “appearance”, it is just a mush of stuffs that we cannot figure, not to say learn / redirect / resolve / let go.
      Thank you!!
