Rapidly happied

The rapid route to happy mood is … caviar … in technicolours!

I have a feeling my happy-ness came from the bright coloured ebiko and tobiko, more so than the sturgeon and herring caviar. Feast upon my eyes, not my tongue (or stomach). 😀

I took a teenyweeny bite of the mini-waffle that held them, and decided it’s not worth me risking another gluten attack. So i filled them up with more roe. Yumz!

The taste of the sea and the ocean. *feeling the metaphorical wind in my hair*

  3. Yum! I’ve never had green caviar. Was that one your favorite?

The green one is tobiko. They all taste different, hard to pinpoint a favourite. The technicolour ones are crunchy, while the other two are creamy. To broadly categorise them, the former satisfies the inner child, the latter fills the inner adult. 😀 😀
