A Photo a Week Challenge: A Study in Light

I was studying food. Does that count? 😉

Japanese spaces make me drool. The play of light in the small rooms make it seem intentional. Plus the way they play with views are really clever. A small window is like a picture frame of external landscape, and all they have to do is to design that view like a landscape painting. We will never find out whether it is as intricate outside that frame. 😀
