Italian

The most Italian of this trip is the omu-rice without the omu (omelette). This is my last meal before leaving Kyoto – my current favourite place on earth at the moment.

It was almost 3pm when I finally found the time to eat (was shuttling between sights) and there were only snacks available rather than proper lunch. So I took whatever that can fill my stomach until I get to the next place with serious food. This was a fun meal, it was like mini cup of rice with tomato-based pasta sauce and cheese on top – rice version of Italian pasta! Tasted yummy, and came with a slightly smaller cup of iced coffee for a hot day.

It’s 1:45am back in Singapore, and I am hungry. :/
