Hospitable

Mother Nature’s little subjects are such sources of inspiration. Look at this flower, it is extending its hospitality to the bee from a different kingdom. Guess their trade conditions work different from ours, and probably not so strict on their borders as well.

To-ji (Eastern Temple) was right behind the hotel I stayed at. So I hung out there one morning for a walk, and managed to catch some meditation time, despite hordes of high school students there, apparently praying for their exams. Well, actually I didn’t even know whether I was allowed in that space – it was a tiny island in the middle of the pond. I was the only one there and there were benches, so I assumed so. Secret niche in the shadows of trees~
