Cee’s B&W Photo Challenge

Human beings can really change very fast. Not just that time flies, but we change/evolve so quickly.

This photo is Babyboo at the newly opened airport terminal. Our lives revolve very much around the airport, it is almost like a magical portal to all sorts of exotic places and all kinds of experiences. I have chosen to take a darker tone on this photo, because they used to be pretty dark days for him when he was really little. Now, it’s a different side of the coin altogether. He told his mom to go to work (overseas), so she can buy toys for him. From very very young, he knew where his mom worked, where she was flying to, but maybe not how long she’d be away (even an hour seemed too long).

Today, I saw all the pre-packed milk in the freezer, and … oh well. A reminder that the cycle is starting again. But the new baby is an independent one, and he’s got a bigbro to keep him company so it should all be good.

My cycle started again too. Notifications to check-in just beeped through my phone again. It’s a funny thought that I will be getting this notification every other day for the next few months. There are other things to be stressed about, I shall not dwell too much on this.

In any case, this black and white photo of our little boy wandering the big busy world of cold hard sculptural adults is in response to Cee’s Black & White Photo Challenge:
Sculptures, Statues, Carvings.
